The Guarantee

We love our products. Not only do we enjoy creating them but we love using them in our own work. We’re confident that you will love them too. But if it turns out that you’re not as excited as we are, our refund policy is simple:

Try one of our products and if it’s not what you thought it would be, not right for the project you purchased it for, or incompatible with your software, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll issue a refund. Simple as that… No questions asked.

More details:

• A max of two refunds issued per customer.
• Bundles are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds may be requested up to 7 days after purchase.
• The user license agreement will be voided upon refund.
• All refunds are at the discretion of Trailhead Design Co.
• If a download occurs on multiple computers or multiple IP address a refund will not be issued.
• All refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for purchase.
• Refunds are non-transferrable.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process.
